These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the marketing websites, landing pages, call-connect pages, and related Services operated by Tarsan MVAS Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Services, calling a number displayed, or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Service-Specific Disclosure (Life Insurance)

Coverage amounts, premiums, eligibility, and product features vary by state, age, and underwriting class. Guaranteed-acceptance whole-life insurance policies typically contain a graded death-benefit provision: if the insured dies of natural causes during the first two policy years, beneficiaries generally receive a return of premiums paid plus interest, not the full face amount. Death from accidental causes is typically paid in full from day one. Specific terms, exclusions, and limitations are governed solely by the policy issued by the carrier. We are not an insurance carrier and do not bind coverage. Final coverage is provided by the licensed insurance carrier you ultimately contract with.

1. Nature of the Services

We operate the life insurance marketing website at life.homeiq.click, under the brand name "GuaranteedLife Insurance". We are not a lender, debt-relief company, insurance carrier, or licensed insurance producer. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or insurance advice. The Services connect you with independent third-party providers, agents, and brokers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the country/state from which you access the Services. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Lead Submission & Consent

When you submit a form or place a call, you authorize us to share your information with one or more partners and to be contacted by phone, SMS, and email — including via automated dialing systems and prerecorded messages — at the number and address you provided. 4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information. We may verify, suppress, or remove any submission we believe to be inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicative, or in violation of these Terms.

5. No Endorsement of Providers

We do not endorse, guarantee, recommend, or warrant any product, service, rate, coverage, or provider available through the Services. Approval, eligibility, pricing, terms, and coverage are determined solely by the third-party provider. You are responsible for evaluating any offer before accepting it.

6. No Guarantees

Quotes, savings ranges, premium estimates, debt-reduction percentages, response times, and similar figures are illustrative only and are not offers, contracts, or guarantees. Actual results depend on your individual circumstances and the third-party provider's underwriting or qualification process.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, and trademarks on the Services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for unlawful purposes; (b) submit information about another person without authorization; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (e) use bots, scrapers, or automated tools; or (f) misuse trademarks or content.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tarsan MVAS Private Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. Where applicable consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction afford you greater rights, those rights shall apply.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
